Introduction

JOOMLA! CRAFTERS respects each individual’s right to personal privacy.  We will collect and use information through our Web site only in the ways disclosed in this statement.  This statement applies solely to information collected at JOOMLA! CRAFTERS’s Web site.

Part I.  Information Collection

JOOMLA! CRAFTERS will need to collect information about clients to proceed with working on projects.  The types of information collected by JOOMLA! CRAFTERS may include some, or all, and is not limited to the following

• Email addresses
• Phone numbers
• Fax numbers
• Business or personal addresses
• Full names
• Area in which the client is conducting business from
• Login information for projects such as web development or database construction

We may also collect [types of personally identifiable information] which our users divulge about other people, [such as referrals or gift purchases.] JOOMLA! CRAFTERS does not actively market to children, and we never knowingly ask a child under 13 to divulge personal information. We collect this information through, but not limited to, our online contact form, phone conversations and email correspondence.  Other information we request is optional.

Affiliate companies used to collaborate on or aid in completing a job for a customer may collect the same and or different information. That information will be held under this policy only if JOOMLA! CRAFTERS is the primary point of contact for any project or job.

JOOMLA! CRAFTERS will not collect any payment information unless payment is to be made by business or personal check. Information needed in these cases will be discussed thoroughly with the client at the time payment is to be made. JOOMLA! CRAFTERS prefers to collect payment through PayPal and the information provided to them will be according to PayPal’s Privacy Policy.

Part II. Use of Information

JOOMLA! CRAFTERS collects information for the sole purpose of conducting business with our clients or potential clientele. In cases where an affiliate company is needed to complete a project for a client, only information that is absolutely needed (generally email and phone number) will be provided to said affiliate and only with the permission of the client.

JOOMLA! CRAFTERS will “NEVER” provide client information to anyone not needed to do work for the client. NOT FOR ANY REASON.

Part III. Problem Resolution

If problems arise, users may contact JOOMLA! CRAFTERS through our online contact form, directly emailing us and by telephone.  We are committed to resolving disputes within 24 to 48 hours.

Part IV. Data Storage and Security

JOOMLA! CRAFTERS protects user information by storing it on work computers or on paper. We never store any personal information regarding our clients on our website or online databases linked to our website.
